Utako Muroi’s police clearance certificate issued in Fukushima-ken prefecture. The document had the Spanish translation attached to it and was delivered together with the yobiyose and the issued passport, sent by Utako Muroi to the Peruvian Consulate in Yokohama, in order to obtain the necessary visa.
