The Association of Japanese Barbers of Lima was established in March 1907. It was the first Japanese business association formed in Peru and integrated by fifty establishments. Its bylaws were in Spanish and it managed a Spanish language school.
The Association of Japanese Berbers of Callao was established in 1909. The image shows their members in 1923.
