The “Carlos Chiyoteru Hiraoka” Museum of the Japanese Immigration to Peru exhibits panels about the main celebrations organized by the Nikkei community to commemorate the Japanese immigration to Peru. Formal acts, various activities and, characteristically, the construction of a commemorative work, have been part of the celebrations every ten years.
